How to make simple fabric bag handles

Step 2: Fold the piece in half lengthwise, wrong sides together, and press with the iron.

Step 3: Unfold. 

Step 4: Fold the long edge toward the center crease. Press with the iron.

Step 5: Fold the other long edge toward the center crease. Press with the iron.

Step 6: Refold along center crease and press with the iron.

Step 7: Stitch both long edges with the sewing machine.
